What is nano infusion?

Nano infusion is specifically treating the outermost surface layer of the skin called the stratum corneum. The nano cartridge creates spaces between the skin cells to drive in the ingredients from serums which allows for 97% better product absorption No matter what treatment you are seeking, nano-infusing has proven an effective alternative to microneedling and chemical peels. That is because the process promotes skin rejuvenation like nothing else. Nano Infusion, otherwise known as nano-needling is an innovative non-invasive transdermal serum delivery system designed to rejuvenate your skin and remedy many common issues like lack of tone, uneven texture, excessive pigmentation, scarring, and loss of elasticity.

Is it painful?

The therapy does not hurt. Nano infusion facial treatment is non-invasive. Nano infusion facial is a very safe therapy. It does not need numbing cream and has no downtime. People who received this treatment even go as far as considering the treatment relaxing. The process only affects the epidermis, the top-most layer of the skin.

Are there side effects?

Pretty much nothing. You might feel a slight prickling while we work, or you might be a slight red/pink at the end of the treatment. If a side effect occurs it is surely an adverse reaction to a product ingredient used during the service not the service itself. If you are product sensitive or would like a sample patch put on 2 days before your service please schedule an appointment.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments you’ll require depends greatly on the skin issue you wish to treat. For example, if you’re looking for overall skin rejuvenation, then you’ll only need 1-2 sessions to see the desired results. For clients looking to fade wrinkles, fine lines, and acne scars, we recommend undergoing 4-6 treatments for the best results. Scar tissue lies deep down in the skin’s dermis layer, which is why those suffering from acne scarring should expect to need a few more sessions until they start seeing results, and may want to consider microneedling as a better alternative. Nano infusion can safely be preformed monthly

Is it true nano infusion helps product absorption?

When serums are used at home it can take weeks or months to absorb enough so you see the results. With nano infusion it literally pushes vitamin rich serums into your skin so there is a proven 97% improvement on product absorption. It is safe for all skin tones and skin types, except inflamed acne, and extremely effective when performed as a series or regularly. Unlike microneedling there is no numbing cream, no blood, no pain, no discomfort, and no inflammation and that walks out the door with you after your treatment. Our single use sterile tips are used with a Collagen Induction Therapy pen to create thousands of micro pathways in the top layer of skin. This creates space between the brick and mortar like layer of dead epidermal cells so that ingredients can pass through and penetrate deeply to the lower layers of skin. Better absorption means better results for plumped, nourished, radiant skin.

When the skin is conditioned, topically applied serums will absorb more effectively than unconditioned skin into the epidermis and travel to the problem areas. Products’ efficacy will be boosted substantially and results will be greatly accelerated.

Nano infusion versus microneedling

Microneedling and nano infusion have their place in skin rejuvenation for almost every client and they treat many of the same skin conditions.  Either modality will have a positive effect in reducing the appearance of fine lines, improving skin tone and texture, shrinking pore size, reducing pigmentation, or helping to clear acne and acne scars. When it comes to deeper acne scars and wrinkles, hair regrowth, stretch marks, and hypo-pigmentation the deeper micro- injuries associated with microneedling would be the best choice. With the goal to provide the best outcome for your clients, both procedures can be used together to advance the results for many skin conditions. The nano infusion is better suited for sensitive skin types and for patients who do not want any downtime, but would like something more than a regular facial, but aren’t ready to take the step up trying microneedling treatments yet. The results from the nano needling will not be as significant as the results you will notice from the regular microneedling treatments, but it is still amazing when using the correct active serums for finer lines, pore size, and pigmentation. You will definitely get the plumpness and glow back to your skin from nano infusion treatments.

Nano infusion

• Treat fine lines, improve skin tone and texture, pore size, acne and pigmentation.

• Similar device but no needles are actually used; instead of stainless steel needles, the cartridge uses 81 tiny silicone cones.

• The silicone cones spread the cells in the top layer of the skin (the epidermis), creating nano channels to a depth of .15 mm.

• Customized active ingredients for serum infusion will promote change for specific skin conditions.

• Non-invasive aesthetic treatment, making it safe for all skin conditions and types and will give immediate glow and plumpness to the skin.

Microneedling

• Adjustable parameters including depth of 0.25 to 2.5mm and speed to treat various skin conditions and skin types.

• Treats through the epidermis into the dermis.

• Stimulates collagen and elastin production by inflicting micro-injuries in the skin, leading to skin rejuvenation.

• Downtime could be 12 to 48 hours depending on treatment parameters.

• Monthly treatments with anywhere from 3-6 procedures needed to start.
